About Dr. Paul Clark
Dr. Paul D. Clark’s goal is to provide patients the best endodontic specialty care possible in a gentle, skilled, and caring way. Dr. Clark is an experienced, efficient, board certified specialist and has a calm and caring demeanor that will put you at ease during your treatment.
Dr. Clark was raised in Logan, Utah, and attended Utah State University for his undergraduate studies. After his first semester at USU, he left for Madrid, Spain, where he spent two years of volunteer service as a missionary for his church. Dr. Clark enjoyed the culture and people of Spain while becoming fluent in Spanish. After his service in Spain, Dr. Clark returned to Utah State University, graduating in 2000 with honors while earning a BA in business administration.
Dr. Clark has conducted and published research at each of the universities he has attended. Dr. Clark attended The University of Iowa College of Dentistry on an academic research scholarship, earning his DDS degree and graduating with honors in 2004. One of his favorite things about his time in Iowa was enjoying Big 10 sports!

Following his graduation from dental school, Dr. Clark was selected as a dental resident at the University of Utah Hospital and graduated from this General Practice Residency program in 2005, gaining valuable experience in sedation and treating medically compromised patients in hospital dentistry.
Dr. Clark received his endodontic specialty training at the Virginia Commonwealth University College of Dentistry endodontic program where he earned his endodontic specialist certificate and a Masters of Science in Dentistry, graduating Summa Cum Laude in 2007. Dr. Clark practiced as an endodontic specialist in Phoenix, Arizona, for six years before relocating to Texas in 2013. While in Arizona, Dr. Clark was an adjunct endodontic faculty member at the A.T. Still University School of Dentistry and enjoyed helping dental students learn about and perform endodontic treatment.

Dr. Clark believes some of the most rewarding experiences in life come through serving others and has participated in numerous dental service opportunities throughout his career. Dr. Clark continues to further his endodontic education through CE courses and seminars in the latest advances of endodontics. Dr. Clark and his wife Julie are active in their community and church and are delighted to raise their family here in this wonderful community. They are the parents of 5 amazing children (boy, girl, boy, boy, boy) and enjoy traveling together, coaching & attending their kids’ sporting events and other family activities.
Dr. Clark is a board certified Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics, earning this distinction in 2011. Becoming board certified was important to Dr. Clark because it is a voluntary examination process with the American Board of Endodontics designed to identify clinicians who possess advanced proficiency and expertise within their field. As of 2017, only 23% of endodontists in the nation are board certified.
